Beef, Bacon & Bean Casserole

Easy, tasty and kid friendly, check out today's recipe:  Beef, Bacon & Bean Casserole

1 lb Ground Beef
1 small diced onion
2 C diced potatoes
3/4  C Cubed Velveeta Cheese
1/2 C Packed brown sugar
1/2 C Ketchup
1 can Pork & Beans
4 Slices of Bacon
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 375*.  In a skillet, brown the ground beef & onion, season with salt & pepper, after browned, drain.  In a shallow, greased Large Round Polish Pottery Baker.  Put the ground beef & onion in the bottom of the dish



, then layer the potatoes and cheese.



 In a bowl, mix the beans, ketchup & brown sugar, spread over top of potatoes and cheese,



finally add 4 slices of bacon to the top.



 Cover and cook for 50 minutes, uncover and cook for an additional 15 - 20 minutes.  Serve with biscuits on the side - delicious!
