Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

Looking for an easy, perfect after dinner dessert?  Then Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie is your answer!



1 half gallon of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream - softened
1 C crushed Oreo Cookies (Original, or Mint filled)
Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
1 ready to use Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

Spread 2 - 3 C of  softened Ice Cream in the pie  crust, top with 1/2 C (approx)  crushed cookies, drizzle with hot fudge, cover and freeze for 1 - 2 hours.   Spread 2nd layer same as the first.  Freeze until firm - serve on Polish Pottery plates.
