Blonde Brownies - Easy and Tasty




2 sticks butter (1 Cup) - room temperature
2 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs - Large
2 t Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 t Baking Powder
2 C Flour

Chocolate Chips, Nuts, Rice Krispies - whatever you like!

Preheat oven to 350*.  In a bowl add butter and brown sugar, cream together.  Add eggs, vanilla & salt, mix again.  Start adding baking powder & flour, mix thoroughly.  Add chocolate chips, nuts - whatever you want.  I added chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, approx 1 cup.   Pour into a greased 9 x 13 Polish Pottery Cake Pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. 

*Note - I like to enjoy them warm with a side of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.......
