Orange Tiramisu

This year I have brought on 6 "Celebrity" Chefs, these women are movers and shakers of the Social Media world and I am fortunate enough to call them my friends! Today's recipe is from Caroline, Owner of Little Journey's World.

Now onto the recipe - I will be trying this recipe soon, it looks so  good.  Thank you Caroline for sharing your tasty treat with us.

Orange Tiramisu

1- 1/2 pack of Lady Fingers
approx. 1/2 Liters (5dl) Orange juice
2 Cans or Mandarin Oranges
4 Tablespoons of Grand Marnier Liqueur (if wanted)
24 oz (500g) of Italian Mascarpone
1 cup (120g) Powder Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
0.3 Liters (3dl) Heavy Whipping Cream

Place half of the Lady Fingers in the bottom of your cake pan. I

choose Peacock Pottery cake pan, because they look so pretty. I needed
two of these for this recipe. (I usually give one to my dinner guests
to take home and of course one for now.)

Mix the Orange juice and Grand Marnier Liqueur together. Then pour some on the lady fingers so
they soak up the juice. Place some Mandarin Oranges on top.

Then mix the Mascorpone, Powder Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Whipping Cream all
together until it becomes stiff like whipping cream.

Spread some over that first layer. And then start all over again.

To finish it off, place some Mandarin Oranges on top for decoration.

Enjoy.

Thank you to Caroline - I'm sure this will be a favorite in our household as well!  Be sure to check out Little Journey's World and let Caroline know you love her recipe!
