Pepperoni Mushroom Bubble Up Pizza

A friend reminded me of an old recipe this week, Bubble Up Pizza.  Easy, tasty and you can create your own with whatever toppings your family enjoys!




3 cans (7.5 ounce) regular sized buttermilk biscuits
1 14 ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce (I prefer Hunts Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce)
3 C Mozzarella Cheese - divided (I prefer Kraft Mozzarella with Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
1 clove Garlic
1/2 package Turkey Pepperoni - chopped
1/2 jar of Mushrooms - chopped
2 T  onion - finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350*.  Quarter the biscuits and put into a bowl, add 1 C of Spaghetti Sauce, 2 C mozzarella cheese, onions, garlic, mushrooms, pepperoni and mix until covered.  Grease (I use Pam cooking spray) a 9 x 13" cake pan, spread mixture in bottom.  Top with remaining sauce and cheese.  Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

Mine was baked using a Polish Pottery Cake pan
