Oriental Chicken for the Crockpot
Easy, tasty, tender - Oriental Chicken is a family favorite!

3 - 4 lbs of chicken
2 T Olive Oil
1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/3 C Brown Sugar (use less if wanted)
3 T water
1 clove garlic - minced
1 t Ground Ginger
Lawry's Seasoning Salt
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken in olive oil. Season with Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Transfer to the crockpot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cook on high for 1 hour, reduce to low and cook another 5 - 6 hours. Serve on a Polish Pottery Platter and watch it disappear!
