Forgotten Mint Kisses
These light and delicious cookies are so easy to make and pretty on a Polish Pottery Platter ready for the Holidays!
4 egg whites
1 t Cream of Tartar
1 t Vanilla
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 C Sugar
1/2 package Mint Chocolate Chips
Green Food Coloring
Preheat oven to 350* for 15 minutes. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar & salt until soft peaks form. Start adding sugar SLOWLY (about 1 T at a time), continue mixing until all sugar is added and mixture is stiff. Add vanilla & green food coloring. Fold in the mint chocolate chips. On a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheets, drop by small teaspoon size onto sheets. Put in oven, turn off the oven and leave overnight. NO PEEKING! Cookies are done in the morning. Makes 5 dozen cookies.

Nice they sound really quite tasty! Anything minty is really lovely this time of year, reminds me of candy canes!
