California Blend Vegetable Casserole
2 - 10 ounce California Blend Vegetables (frozen)
2% Velveeta Cheese
2 T Milk
3/4 C Butter
1 Stack of Ritz Crackers
Preheat oven to 350* Cook Vegetables according to package - I prefer to steam mine. Put in a bowl. Over medium heat melt 1/2 lb of cheese, milk & 1/4 C Butter. Stir while melting, when melted, pour over the vegetables. Put into a casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and add to a bowl. Melt 1/2 C butter, add to the Ritz crackers, stir until crackers are coated with butter. Place the cracker mixture on top of the vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes.
