Halloween Treats
Your little (and big) Goblins will LOVE these easy to make and share Halloween treats!
Spider Cupcakes
1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
1 package M & M's
1 Can Vanilla Frosting
Food Coloring (orange, if possible otherwise Red & yellow)
1 package Oreo Cookies
1 package Twizzlers String Licorice (we used Red because my boys don't like black licorice)
Mix cake mix according to directions, fill cupcake holders and bake. Let cool completely. In another bowl, mix frosting with food coloring to make orange color. Frost cupcakes, top with oreo cookie. Add 2 small dots of frosting and top with M & M's for the eyes. Cut string licorice into 8 pieces and add as the legs. Let sit for an hour before the kids devour these tasty spiders!!
Worms in Dirt Cupcakes
1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Package Chocolate Frosting
1 package Gummy Worms
1 package Oreos - Crushed
Mix Chocolate Cake mix as directed. Fill cupcake baker 3/4 full and bake. Let cupcakes cool. After cooled, top with chocolate frosting, cover with crushed Oreo cookies and a gummy worm.
Ghost Cookies
1 package Nutter Butter Cookies
Mini Chocolate Chips
Vanilla Candy Coating
Melt the vanilla candy coating in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Dip the Nutter Butter Cookies, coating completely. Lay on waxed paper to dry. Before dry, add 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes. Will be ready to eat after 1/2 hour of drying.
