3 Bean Salad

I love to cook but at the same time I love convience for days when I busy with the boys or running my business3 Bean Salad is just right, it is great to take a small jar out of the refrigerator as a quick side dish.  It is so easy to make, try it today!

1 Can Yellow Wax Beans
1 Can Green Beans (Can use low sodium)
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 small Onion - chopped
1 t chopped Garlic
1 C sugar
1 C Vinegar
1 t Celery Seed

Drain & Rinse Beans, after drained put in a large bowl.  Add onions & garlic.  In a small mixing bowl add vinegar, sugar, celery seed, whisk together.  In jars, fill with bean mixture, pour dressing over top - about 3/4 full in jar.  Put on tops and shake.  Let sit for 24 hours. 

*Note:  The salad should be served chilled and in a beautiful Polish Pottery Serving Bowl
