Beef & Corn Casserole

Looking for something quick to put in the oven?  Try this Beef & Corn Casserole, it was a hit in our house last night! 

1 lb lean ground beef - uncooked
1 small onion - diced
1 package of Crispy Crowns (or tater tots)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Creamed Style Corn
1/2 C Milk
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 400.  In a 10" casserole dish crumble the ground beef in the bottom.  Sprinkle the diced onions on top.  Add salt & pepper to your taste.  Add the crispy crowns to cover the ground beef.  In a mixing bowl, add the corn, soup & milk, stir until blended.  Pour over the top of the crispy crowns.  Bake, uncovered for 1/2 hour or until it bubbles, lower the temperature to 300 and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.  Take out of oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
