Taco Dip
Super easy Taco Dip for those BBQ's, Football Parties - anytime.
1 Can No Fat Refried Beans with Green Chili & Lime
1 Avocado
1 8 ounce package of Cream Cheese (you can use light)
1/2 C Sour Cream
1 T Lime Juice (can also substitute Lemon Juice)
1 t Tabasco Sauce (use more or less depending on taste, I use more, I like a bite to the dip)
1/2 t Garlic Powder
Dash of Salt
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Green Onions
1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
On a plate or Polish Pottery Platter, spread the refried beans on bottom of platter, spread to edge. In a bowl, mix avocado, cream cheese, sour cream, tabasco, garlic powder, salt & lime juice, blend until creamy. Spread on top of the refried beans. When you are ready to serve, top with the lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
