Monkey Bread
Is there anything better then the smell of Carmel Rolls straight out of the oven? Monkey bread is your answer, easy and fun to eat!
4 cans of Buttermilk Bisquits (refrig. secion of grocery store)
3/4 C Sugar
2 t Cinnamon - I add extra - I love cinammon!
1/2 C Butter
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a bundt pan lightly with cooking spray. In a ziploc bag combine sugar and cinnamon, close and shake a few times to mix. Cut the bisquits in to quarters and drop into sugar mixture. Close bag and shake to coat. Put into the bundt pan. In a saucepan put butter and brown sugar, cook over medium heat, bring slowly to a boil, mix often. Pour over bisquits. Bake 40 - 45 minutes - until golden brown. Take out of oven, let sit for 5 minutes. Place a plate over bundt pan and turn over pan. Serve while warm.
*Note: I like extra carmel, so while it is still warm, I will drizzle additional carmel sauce.
