When I decided to participate in the Giada gifting basket with Celeb Hoopla, I thought it would be a regular basket sent to a celebrity and then something special happened.  It was announced that Prince William and Princess Kate would be visiting CA for their North American Tour.  While in California, Prince William would be participating in a Polo Match and there would be a luncheon served for 2500 people by celebrity chef Giada! 

The owners of Celeb Hoopla decided to name July 9th as National Giada Tea Party Day to coordinate with the Giada luncheon for the Royals.  They asked for people to participate and send pictures of their Tea Party.  So of course, I wanted to participate, only one problem.....I have been vacationing in the North woods of AZ for 3 weeks. 

The boys and I drank green tea on the back patio with some special friends, Mr. Sparkles, Ribbit and Le' Poppa.  We shared a few laughs.  It was short and sweet, but no special hats, finger sandwiches or Polish Pottery.
