I have owned Peacock Pottery  for over 5 years, in those years, I have tried various marketing / advertising options, some more successful than others.  Throughout the years, I evaluate my marketing strategies, trends in advertising and budget.   I am always on the lookout for new marketing opportunities that are budget friendly and will still provide results.

I am so glad that I am part of the Mommy Perks and Womentorz communities!  The owners of these businesses, Shara & Melinda are always listening to the wants and needs of their clients.  After researching other Celebrity Gifting services they created another business called Celeb Hoopla with their clients in mind.  Celeb Hoopla is a celebrity gifting service at reasonable prices and to say they go above and beyond is an understatement - they blog, FB, twit etc. all about the gifting.  

When they started the Celeb Hoopla business, the first few giftings were to celebrities having babies.  A very nice gifting opportunity for many small businesses, but not Polish Pottery. 

One day, Shara (owner, Mommy Perks) sent me a message telling me there may be a gifting opportunity that may be suitable for Peacock Pottery and although that particular gifting didn't work out, I am happy to say that I have participated in 2 celebrity gifting baskets and couldn't be happier!  The baskets are beautifully presented, I was able to write a personal note to the celebrityand enclose it with the pottery, a very nice touch. Whether or not a thank you note is received back from the celebrity is not my concern, it was really fun for me to research the celebrities life, where their passions lie etc and pick out a gift that I believed they would thouroughly enjoy.
