Peacock Pottery is based in Sunny Phoenix, Arizona.  If you are unaware, we have over 300 days of sunshine, most of them are great, but admittedly, in the summer, it is HOT!  I try to get away into the cool pines of Northern AZ as much as possible. 

So, it is my annual trek to the mountains and I will be staying for a few weeks of bliss.  I packed the traditional items, clothes, books, movies, a few toys for the boys etc.  Did I bring my Polish Pottery with me?  Of course I did!  I only brought 1 piece, but we have already used it a few times. 

I brought a cake pan, it has been used for Special K bars, Parmesan Potatoes and an Egg bake.  Polish Pottery even works great in high altitude!
