Ham & Sausage Stromboli

This is tasty and lo-cal, also kid approved, what is better then that?  It feeds 12 people!!  Perfect for parties, easy meal at the cabin etc.

1 package Hot Roll Mix - 16 ounce
1 1/4 C Warm Water
3 T Olive Oil
1/3 lb sliced Deli Ham
1 package Jenni-O Sweet Turkey Sausage
4 slices American Cheese, cut into strips
1 C shredded Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese
2 t Janes Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Preheat oven to 375. Take the turkey sausage links and slice lengthwise, take off the casing.  Cook until browned.

In a bowl, pour contents of Hot Roll mix, yeast packet, stir in warm water and 2 T Olive Oil.  Mix until dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.  Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.  Cover with a towel and let rest for 5 minutes.  Press into a lightly greased 15 x 10 inch pan - note:  I used my Polish Pottery Cookie Sheet -

Layer Ham, sausage (use as much or as little as you prefer, I used about 1/2 the package), american cheese strips, shredded cheese.  Roll up jelly roll style, starting with the long side, Pinch ends and seams to seal.  Brush dough with 1 T of Olive Oil, then sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt.   Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.  Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.

Note:  You may also saute mushrooms & onions with the sausage and add - this is also tasty.
