Carmel Rocky Road Fudge Pops
Last night was my 2nd sons birthday, his system can't handle frozen yogurt or ice creams. I decided to make Fudge Pops, because how can you have birthday cake with some type of frozen treat??
1 box Cook & Serve Milk Chocolate Pudding (3.4 ounce size)
2 1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Chopped Peanuts
1/2 C Mini Semi - Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Marshmallow Creme
Carmel Sauce (Ice Creme Topping)
Disposable Cups
Popsicle sticks
In a Polish Pottery Batter Bowl, combine pudding and milk, stir. Microwave, uncovered on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times. After 20 minutes, add the Marshmallow Creme and stir. Line up cups (I use 8 ounce cups, it fills 6 of them) Put approximately 1/3 C pudding mixture in bottom of cups, then add peanuts, chocolate chips and carmel sauce, top with pudding. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze 4 - 6 hours. Yummy!
Note: If you are not a chocolate fan, use any flavor of cook and serve pudding, a friend of mine makes hers with Vanilla pudding
