Corned Beef Casserole
I come from a LONG line of excellent cooks, I can only strive to be as good as my Mother, Grandmothers and Great Grandmother. This is my mother's casserole and one of my childhood favorites. Enjoy it for St. Patrick's Day!
1 8 ounce package of Medium Egg Noodles (cooked)
1/4 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 small onion - diced
1 can of Corned Beef
1 Can - Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can - Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup Can of Milk
Dash of pepper
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, put in a Polish Pottery Baking Pan 45 minutes - uncovered.
