You know the old saying "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade" - not in my house, when there are trees filled with beautiful, fresh Lemons - I say "When your neighbor gives you lemons - make Lemon Martinis!"

6 med - large lemons- juiced (approx. 1 cup juice)
4 - 6 T Sugar (depending on how sweet you like your drink)
4 - 5 shots of Belevedere Vodka (my favorite Polish Vodka)
Extra sugar for rim of glass

Put extra sugar on a salad plate, wet the rim of your martini glasses and dip in the sugar, coating the rim.  Fill the shaker with ice, add ingredients above and shake well.  Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with small wedge of lemon.    okrzyki!
