Have a chocolate lover in your house?  Crazy Good Chocolate Cake is just the recipe for you!  Easy, kid friendly and no eggs!!

3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
2 t baking soda
1/3 - 1/2 C Cocoa
1 t salt
3/4 C Oil
2 t Vinegar
1 t Vanilla
2 C Water

Preheat oven to 350.  Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Place in a 9 x 13 Polish Pottery Cake Pan . In the dry mixture, make 3 holes using the bottom of a glass.  In the first hole, put the oil, 2nd hole put the vinegar and 3rd hole put the vanilla.  Pour water over the mixture and stir with a fork until everything is moistened.  Bake 35 - 40 minutes.  Frost with chocolate frosting.

This cake is excellent topped with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream !
