Super Easy Chicken Tacos

This is so easy!

2 packages of thin sliced chicken breasts (I like the thin cutlet type of chicken breast)
1 jar of your favorite salsa ( I use Goldwater's Pineapple Paradise)
1 T Garlic Salt
1 T Tabasco (Omit or add more depending on your taste)

Spray your Crockpot with cooking spray.  Place chicken breasts on bottom of crockpot.  Sprinkle with garlic salt and Tabasco.  Top with salsa.  Start on high for 1 hour, then low for 5 - 6 hours.  Shred with a fork before serving.

Taco Shells (hard or soft)
Shredded lettuce
Mexican Cheese
Chopped Onions
Chopped Black Olives
Chopped Tomatoes
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Warm your taco shells in the oven or microwave.  I put all of the toppings in Polish Pottery Cereal Bowls and let everyone create their own taco.  Our boys love to make their own tacos and using the Pineapple Paradise salsa gives the meat a little sweet taste.
