Today is the first day of the rest of my life and it is going to be a great one!
Today is the day I take a beautiful sampling of Polish Pottery to the Convention Center in Downtown Phoenix. Today is the day my dream of selling "my items" to retail / boutique stores becomes a reality.
Today is the day that Peacock Pottery and Polish Pottery becomes a household name!
Yes, today is going to be an AWESOME day!
After I finish writing, I will load 6 boxes of pottery in my truck and head off to the Phoenix Convention Center for the Phoenix Gift Show. I am entering an unknown land of "trade shows". Starting tomorrow, there will be approximately 2,00 - 3,000 retailers filling the aisles over the weekend. My heart is beating rapidly both because of nerves and excitement. I have visualized how my booth and the displays will be set up. I have printed 100's of 1 pg flyers & pattern books to hand out to retailers. My banner is ready to hang and proudly show off the name "Peacock Pottery" - bringing handcrafted, hand painted Polish Pottery direct to you!
Today is the day to "get the show on the road"!
I don't know where the road will take me next, but I am ready for today's journey. God Bless small business and Thank you to the "big guy" above for giving me today's opportunity, I plan on making the most of today!
