Ham & Cheese Casserole
This is my all time favorite casserole dish. My mom's Han & Cheese casserole is a great way to use left over ham.. Here is the recipe and of course, I cooked it in a polish pottery casserole dish!
1 can Cream style corrn
1/3 package medium sizes egg noodle - cooked
1 med. onion - diced
1 beaten egg
1/4 C melted butter
1 lb ham (cubed)
1 1/2 C Corn Flakes
1/4 lb Velveeta (or cheese of your choice)
1/2 C Milk
Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together, add pepper if desired. Bake for 1 hour.
