Chili

Autumn is in the air and to me, that means football, beautiful leaves and Polish Pottery bowls filled with Chili!  This recipe is a little sweet with a kick - nice flavors.

1 1/2 lbs of hamburger (or ground turkey or ground buffalo - both low in fat)
1 onion chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 T Chili pepper
1 1/2 t Cumin
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 small can Tomato Sauce
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 Family size can of Tomato Soup
1 can of Chili beans (mild or hot) - undrained
Hot Sauce 5 - 6 drops depending on how hot you want.
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream (optional)

Brown and drain the hamburger, onion, salt & pepper.  Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stir and let simmer for 2 - 3 hours.  Top with shredded cheese and sour cream - serve with crackers or tortilla chips.  This also freezes well.
