Parmesan Potatoes

This is a quick and easy way to use a couple of left over potatoes and bake in your Polish Pottery! 

2 Medium to Large Russet Potatoes
1 T Flour
1 T Parmesan Cheese
1 t Crazy Jane's mixed up salt
small onion cut into chuncks
4 - 5 T Butter - melted

Preheat oven to 350.  Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into 6 chunks  In a gallon sized plastic bag put in Parmesan cheese, crazy Jane's mixed up salt and four.  Add potatoes and shake a few times to coat.  Put melted butter in 9 x 9 baking dish, place potatoes in single layer.  I like to add a few onion chunks, can be omitted  Bake for 1/2 hour  - 40 minutes, turning once.
