BBQ Pork Sandwiches

This is so easy, takes less than 15 minutes to put in the crock pot and tastes so good!

2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin
1 1/2 C Chopped Onion
1/2 - 1 C Diet Cola (pepsi, coke etc.) depending on how thick you would like your sauce
1 C Barbecue Sauce (low sodium if possible)

Mix together cola, barbecue sauce and onions.  Place the pork loin in the crock pot and pour sauce over top.  Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours.  Shred pork with a fork, serve on hoagie rolls.  Top with additional onions, homemade pickles and enjoy.  Serves 8.
